Quality Objectives 1 The quality of the project shall be measured and shall work towards achieving zero defects. 2 Timely completion of all the projects. 3 To formulate economic and viable projects. 4 Actual expenditure for each project should not exceed more than 5% of the sanctioned estimated cost.
